Returns & Exchanges


We do accept returns on damaged or incorrect items. Contact us within 3 days of delivery. Item(s) must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery. 

If it is an issue on our end where we sent out the wrong product or size, just send us a picture of what you received for quality control purposes and we can offer a refund or replacement once the issue is deemed our fault. 

US customers have up to 14 days after the delivery date and international customers have up to 20 days after the delivery date. 

**What we need to make a replacement order: 

  1. Please provide the customer name and email. 
  1. Please provide the order number 
  1. Please provide picture of wrong/ damaged item. 
  1. Please provide the changes necessary to correct/make replacement order, ie: color, size, style, etc. 

Once we receive this, we will print a replacement product and send it right out! 


Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 

The following items cannot be returned 

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for: 

  • Custom or personalized orders 
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers) 
  • Digital downloads 
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons) 
  • Items on sale
